I had a brief and amusing exchange with a chum on twitter last night predicated on my wilful misinterpretation of newt the amphibian as Newt the child in peril from Aliens. It had everything, even Octonauts and the Octo Alert going off.
The conversation needed to end in style and the only way to do that was obviously find or create photographic evidence of the worlds of Aliens and the Ocotnauts colliding.
Google provided it with the minimum of fuss, and later on today I’m going to dig out Ned’s Octonauts and reproduce the effect myself:
