The new 3DS from Nintendo goes on sale on 13 February in the UK but I’ve been sent a retail boxed version early by Nintendo for review purposes. I already have a 2DS and a 3DS XL, so it will be interesting to see how this stacks up. What’s new? Well there’s a new C-button for dual-analogue control,the 3D has been improved, with better viewing angles and there is built-in NFC to communicate with Amiibos. There’s also a new CPU, allowing for smoother gameplay, faster system load times and ability to play a number of games which will be New 3DS exclusive.
