The more discerning of you that don't watch gameshows and soap operas will have undoubtedly seen the new Honda sponsorship of documentaries on Channel 4. Channel 4 is the home of any documentaries worth watching, and an association with Honda is a pretty good natural fit. In a exceedingly post modern turn of events, Honda's sponsorship features a number of mini documentaries made by W+K showing people using their Honda's in innovative ways. And given the sort of driving I see every day on the roads of St Albans, you have to go fairly far out there to do something that doesn't pass for the ordinary any more.
I must admit I've never farmed alpacas but I did once use my dad's Honda Civic Type R to transport over half a dozen hamsters about when we moved house. We took far longer than we should have to get the smell out of the car but at least the hamsters didn't have to go in the removal van! I suppose they travelled in style, which is more than than I can say for our sofa. I doubt there are many hamsters in the world that have accelerated from 0-60 as fast as mine have. They're all buried in the garden now of course, as a result of old age and decrepitude rather than high speed shenanigans, I should add. The car however is still going strong, even if there might just be the after thought of hamster in it! Sponsored Post
